When Hanna-IP opened their Dublin office in 2012 to service clients in the ROI, we worked with the company’s management team over a 12-month period to implement a sales and marketing campaign to support sales growth within the ROI.
There were a number of specific areas where the company required support;
We supported the company to prepare a ‘Sales Pipeline’ , and establish a process for qualifying leads.
In conjunction with the management team, we developed and supported the implementation of a structured Sales Plan.
- Pre-Sales Activities: (Go-to-Market material – Website Development / Direct Marketing Material)
- Lead Generation – Creation of a formal structure to manage Lead Generation activities within the company.
- Communicating with key Industry Groups: Identified and established a process for engaging with key industry groups who would have patent development requirements.
This was a successful project, which supported HannaIP to establish themselves as a key provider of Intellectual Property services to companies across the 32 counties.
We worked with Trade Partners on a Sales Development Project. They provided us with a lot of specific focussed sensible advice.
