Fahy Analytical Ltd

Fahy Analytical Ltd was established in 2001.  The company provide specialist recycling and chemical cleaning solutions to companies in the medical device and engineering sectors.  The company have developed the technology to recycle sandblasting material by separating used finer media from un-broken virgin material to provide an environmentally friendly and cost effective product.  Fahy Analytical are now the only supplier of recycled Abrasive Sand in Ireland.  

At the end of 2011, Fahy Analytical Ltd commissioned Trade Partners to support them in developing and implementing a Sales strategy for the aluminium oxide recycling division of their business.

One of the initial requirements was to identify the potential customers for this specialised service throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.  The two key sectors that met the requirements for this service were; Specialist Engineering Companies and Medical Device Manufacturers.

• Our market researchers identified companies with specific manufacturing process and equipment usage in these sectors, culminating in the creation of a formal sales pipeline for the client company.
• We then prepared comprehensive ‘Go-to-Market’ material comprising, website revision, incorporating a video detailing the process, brochure preparation and additional direct marketing material to support the implementation of an eDM and Direct Mail campaign.

This was a successful project resulting in significant sales growth for the company.

We began working with Trade Partners in Autumn 2011. We found the company to be very professional in their approach. They provided invaluable advice and helped us to tailor our approach to companies for new business development. We now have a solid platform from which to work when approaching new companies.
