Bill has over 25 years experience specialising in driving and managing strategic growth for companies. For four years Bill was Director of a fully quoted PLC with a turnover of almost £50m. He was responsible for acquisition policy and control that added four new companies to the group in a twelve month period. He then led the management buyout of one of the group companies for £1.8m.
Bill was then Managing Director of a Slovakian electronics manufacturer he formed for 3 years before successfully selling the company. Bill has excellent understanding of overall strategic issues, including international outsourcing, corporate partnering, sales stream development, sales contract negotiation, brand development and market penetration strategies.
He has access to a wide network of contacts across diverse channels and markets. This asset provides clients with valuable assistance in meeting strategic or operational objectives.
